When I started working at Trovit three and a half years ago, they told me I was going to join the Parsing Corner. At that moment, I didn’t know what to expect from that. But now, after all these years, I’ve come to realize how lucky I have been: I have learned so much about so many technologies, surrounded by the best people. I had been at Trovit for only three months when it was time for the annual Performance Review. Human Resources had sent the questionnaire to everyone at Trovit. I had the ‘Reply all’ option set by default so I sent my answers to everyone by mistake! Luckily for me, it was a good review! 5 years have passed since, and it has become a tradition that I send a 'Reply all' funny response with fake answers when it’s time for Performance Reviews...

Trovit invited all employees to visit Tokyo earlier this year. We were divided into two groups. Ours lost the connection flight in Milan, so 40 of us were stuck there for a night. No one spoke italian except for me and another two colleagues so we organized what turned out to be a super fun night out at a local birreria (beer house) I knew from college. In any situation, in any part of the world, there is always someone of us with inside information ready to give a hand. Doing business like this, priceless!
